Following on from my last painting update I have managed to get myself stuck into painting the Russian IS-2 Heavy tanks. I have completed two of them and once again I tried to make the tanks look dirty/rusty to give them that weathered look. I am happy again with the outcome and once I added the decals/slogans I felt it really brought the tanks to life, just don't ask me what the slogans actually say though! 😄 I've got two more of these tanks all but just finished apart from the crew, so hopefully they will be ready for our next Iron cross game, maybe that's a good enough excuse to give the Russians an outing
